(KIDRON, Ohio) – Dr. Min Goo Kang graduated from Central in 2014. He is a graduate of The College of Wooster, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. He then received his Doctorate in Medicine in Dentistry from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Min practices dentistry with Dr. Myriam Raber at Raber Dental in Kidron and Mt. Hope. When asked what he enjoys most about his job, he said he enjoys the interactions with patients and being able to help them directly.

Born and raised in South Korea, Dr. Min was encouraged to study abroad by a family friend and fellow CCS alumni. Dr. Min’s host family was an important support network for him. He said, “Don and Kaye Neuenschwander were and still are great American parents for me. They truly supported and treated me like their family.”

Dr. Min said that some of the most influential teachers at CCS were, “Dave Risser and Von Schrock. They were great teachers, and also incredibly encouraging and provided wonderful mentorship, even after Central. I called them for advice and support during my college years.” Dr. Min said that the CCS science department provided him with such a great foundation and that the fine arts at CCS were a wonderful source for him to connect with friends and get to know others. Dr. Min is living a life that displays servant leadership. His involvement in the Kidron community and beyond is a testament to his love for Jesus and His Kingdom.
