As a professional statistician with a quantitative view of the world, Jim is generally skeptical of conclusions not based on good data and documentation. He taught and worked as a researcher for 25 years at a large research university. Having served as department head for nearly 10 years, he has experience with personnel and budget line responsibilities.

Lead Pastor of Community Mennonite Church. She has previously served at Pasadena (CA) Mennonite Church and Cedar Falls (IA) Mennonite Church. Other conference and denominational responsibilities have included preaching at San Jose Assembly (2007), district elder at Fuller Theological Seminary for Pacific Southwest Mennonite Conference, teacher in the School for Urban Mission, reference council member of the former office of ministerial leadership of Mennonite Church USA, member of the LEAD IT Steering Committee, member of the listening committee for the Delegate Assembly for the Charlotte 2005, and various teaching and preaching assignments. Jennifer is a 1998 graduate of AMBS (M.Div.), and is married to Kent Davis Sensenig.

Rose says, “My college years at EMU were formative in giving me a global perspective while also giving me a heightened sense of belonging to the Mennonite Church. I had the privilege of serving on the school board of Kraybill Mennonite School and Lancaster Mennonite School for the past nine years. During that time my commitment for Mennonite education has grown. My hope is that our Mennonite educational institutions will continue to serve the church by passing on the faith.”

Malinda Elizabeth Berry

Instructor in theological studies and director of the MA program at Bethany Theological Seminary in Richmond, Ind. PhD candidate in systematic and constructive theology at Union Theological Seminary in New York. Formerly a Dissertation Fellow and Visiting Scholar in religion and women's studies at Goshen College (2006-2009).
Malinda is an educator and theologian shaped by Mennonite education both formally (high school, college, and seminary) and informally (home and congregational life). She has collaborated with mentors and friends on book projects and has done her own writing that focuses on the processes of learning and teaching from the classroom to the faith community and beyond. Ronald is a senior manager for Procter & Gamble; congregational worship leader, social committee chair and Adult Forum leader; board chair for Ten Thousand Villages of Cincinnati; board member, Every Parents Library; and speaker and workshop leader for the 2007 Mennonite Education Agency national meeting.
Ronald writes, “I developed cascading goals/strategies for the annual planning process for Ten Thousand Villages of Cincinnati and led our congregation through the discernment process in the decision to buy a church building. In our congregation I created and taught Adult Forum on applications of Myers Briggs and strength finders in spiritual and church community contexts.”
